We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Cindy and her team. She advised us on asking price and referred us to a contractor for recommended updates. Two weeks later Cindy's team staged the house and we had an offer after two days on the market. The house sold above asking which was at the high end, compared to comps in the area.

Cory & Cindy were more than me and my Finance Jason could have ever asked for. My family have been using the Dunnican team for going on 15 years now, so growing up i have experienced their warm hospitality towards my family throughout their home buying and selling experiences. When it came time for me to buy my first home it was a no brainer to go with Cory & Cindy. Now fast-forward a year and we have bought AND sold our first home. Lost track of how many times I've used Cory to buy/sell a house. This was my first time using Cory to purchase land and the experience was awesome as usual!! This is your "go-to" guy for any of your real estate needs. He knows his stuff!! Highly recommend!

Cindy was an excellent asset to have on our side. As we were moving across the country, Cindy set up multiple area searches for us as well as took all our needs into consideration being that I am a disabled veteran. She found a home and we pounced with an offer that was accepted right away. We then had no issues with getting any questions answered throughout the rest of the process and she was always timely in her responses.

If you are looking for a professional Realtor with great attention to detail, constant availability to answer questions or put your mind at ease, Cindy and her team go above and beyond to handle all the needs of your home listing or purchase. She sold our prior home, helped with negotiations and purchase of our current home, found a home for our eldest daughter and her husband in a blistering hot market and is now working with our younger daughter and her husband to build their first home in Princeton, TX. We wouldn't use anyone else!

Been a while but can't imagine a realtor working harder for us than Cory. We will be using the Dunnican Team when we make the next change.

They are awesome at what they do and will go out of their way to make sure you get the best information for your house your selling or buying.
